《家常》荠菜大馄饨、辣仔鸡丁！

很久没上菜了，今日周末，心血来潮来个南北合，上海大馄饨、四川辣仔鸡呵呵，纯属山寨！

荠菜馄饨：





荠菜馄饨的做法；绞肉、荠菜、青菜、盐、鸡精、糖、胡椒粉……

由于荠菜成品很干，为了使馄饨口感鲜滑我加了青菜，比例为一比二，这样拌出的馅口感鲜滑，另外，打肉浆时要加入姜葱泡汁，先打肉馅、再加入烫水剁细的二合一菜，即成。
