简单晚餐……“粗粮细做”培根炒饭、排骨萝卜汤

打工挣钱，养家糊口，过年也没得吃，简简单单，炒饭加汤，呵呵，又一天……

排骨萝卜汤的制做；



排骨萝卜汤人人会做，我只是弄了个迷你型的，排骨几块，萝卜一小段……，排骨出水待用，萝卜去皮切园拄段，用刀十字相切，底部相连，先用盐水泡开，再过水漂净，成菊花状与排骨加水同蒸1小时，吃前入盐、鸡精即成，粗“粮”细做，就是一种感觉









蒸出的汤水，清澈见底味醇鲜甜……哇，好喝！
