给阿椿交作业，瞧瞧我做出那传说的腊肉了！

基本是照阿椿的方子，不过大家都说英国天气太潮湿，放车库会发霉。我挂在外面几天后放BBQ 炉用橘子皮，干香叶, 松枝熏干的。
