做咖喱原来这么简单------咖喱鱼

自从学会了做咖喱，就一发不可收拾。咖喱鸡，咖喱鱼，

咖喱虾，咖喱土豆，等等。不过这中间最爱吃的还是咖喱鱼。

 

对于印度的香料我只是略知一二。   到一家印度超市买了一些基本的香料。辣椒粉，孜然粉，黄姜粉，

香菜籽粉，和garam masala。

 

 

原料：

鱼柳，切成薄片，一点面粉用于炸鱼

一个洋葱，一小块姜，4拌蒜，切成碎末

香料：辣椒粉，黄姜粉，香菜籽粉，和garam masala 各一小勺。

酸奶和鹰嘴豆粉

一点薄荷叶子装饰

附上英文原料，如果需要买原料的话，比较好找

1 fish fillet, sliced into thin layers
2 tablespoon all purpose flour to coat fish
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon coriander seed powder
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoon chickpea flour
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup of water salt to your taste mint leaves for garnish.

 

做法：

1 鱼果面加点盐大火过油。

 

2 还用炸鱼的油，下洋葱，姜，蒜，稍微炒一下，加入所有的香料。炒开就好，千万别糊了，不然咖喱就变成深棕色了。

3 迅速加入酸奶和鹰嘴豆粉的混合物，如下面图示。

4 加水。锅开过改小火烧10分钟。

5 加鱼，在烧5分钟。

用薄荷叶装饰。

咖喱做好了，慢慢用吧。
