请教各位大师，看看我电脑是什么问题

我用电话上网用的是NETZERO服务，最近我的电脑不知怎么回事，关掉任何一个网页都会出现：“Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close . We are sorry for the inconvenienc............"然后就会关掉所有的网页。
请大师教我如何修理。（我已经format 硬盘，重装过系统了)
