一个困惑了很久的问题

主板上的电容都密布在CPU插口的周围，距离很近，安装CPU或者风扇的时候，稍有不慎，就把电容毁了，而且及其容易烧主板。请问：


1，为什么几千万个晶体管都能集成，而电容就不能缩小呢？
2，既然不能缩小，为什么却又偏偏安在CPU的周围，难道不知道危险吗？
