联众大厅下载安装后,点击"联众世界"鼠标总是忙,why?

请问各位高手:

联众大厅下载安装后,点击"联众世界"后鼠标总是忙而无法输入用户名和密码,为什么?

i re-downloaded the newer version, which started 1/11/05, of 联众大厅 recently. however when i set it up and click "联众世界", the cursor is alway busy and i can input username or password.

it is the same computer i used for years playing "联众" game. i have downloaded, deleted and redownloaded 联众大厅 again and again and it still has the same problem.

i bought a new Dell laptop and downloaded from there. SAME problem. an alway busy cursor.

can anybody help? thanks. btw, i am in USA and does it matter for playing the game?
