I got the same problem one month ago.

Do not use the auto download, use the manual down. download the isetup.exe file first, then use isetup to down the rest files. After finishing that, you will find the room.gls file in your c drive: C:\Documents and Settings\[you computer here]\Local Settings\Temp\gls\ directory. double click this file to finish the installation.
