1.确定有没有病毒
2。确定xp使用了多久，如果装的东西太多，有可能导致注册表出错。
3。有没有使用盗版的杀毒软件
4。如果出现时间不长，可以用系统恢复功能，恢复到正常使用的时间前
5。你说得太模糊，我只能猜测这么多
