To woodrooste, about RAM

I am going to buy a 256 or 512 RAM for my Thinkpad R32.

In IBM and kingston website, they recommend DDR PC2100, but I just got a deal @ OD for DDR PC2700 512M for 59$ ($104 with MIR).

Whether they are compatibal or I have better to wait.

I searched FW that there was deal for 256M DDR PC2100 at just 10$ after rebate
