买了一个HUB，就不能收信了，为什么啊？请高人指点

最近因为家里多了一个人上网，就买了一个NETGEAR的Router RP614
DSL/Kabel-Web-Safe-Router-Gateway后，我就连接不上信箱了，但是如果我不用它，直接连，就可以，我是菜鸟，里面的选项每个都比划过了，还是不行，请问是机器的问题，还是我个人的问题？如果是我个人的问题，请问如果能解决啊。。。
这个问题说小也不小，令我很苦恼，请大家帮我解决一下，多谢。。。
