correct text errors

用了 sfc \scannow safe mode ), 用了Anti-Ware, but still doe not work. Only once when I run the SFC \scannow in safe mode, it stopped. But once power up PC to Normal mode, the error loop shows up again. Does any one know how to fix it. If I disable the internet access by disable the Wireless adaptor, or remove the Etherent cable, then I will not see such loop error. Thank you.
