请教：怎样去掉: windows explorer stop working , then restarting loop

我上网查了一下，用了 sfc \scannow  safe mode ), 用了Anti-Ware, but still doe not work.  Only once when I run teh SFC \scannow in safe mode, it stoped.  But once poqer up again, the error loop shows up again.  Does any one know how ot fix it.  Thnak you.
