He is a pro stunt pilot worked his way up in less than 10 years from operator to CEO! Hence the love of flying dangerously.

That culture is hard to find in the CEOs with Mental Below Averagers. 

"Appleton joined Micron in 1983 and held several positions at the Boise-based company. He was named president and chief operating officer in 1991, and he became chairman, CEO and president in 1994." He was born 2012-51=1961!
