接Modem可以上网，但接了Router 或 Switch都不能上网？

我把电脑接在CABLE MODEM上可以上网，但接到ROUTER OR SWITCH 后都不能上网。接ROUTER 后 RE-SET，但是设置主页也不出现。按理说，接SWITH不需要设置，但也能上网，显示灯都正常。电脑都显示：Internet Status: Limited or no connectivity. 我换了新了CABLE线也没用。请高手指教。
