请教出入自在和各位大侠关于VOIP无法打进来的问题

我的基本设置是：
ATA: SPA－1001,
Router: Netgear MR814 v2(or 3?)
Incoming number: 从Localphone 买的。484-xxx-xxxx.

Line 2: Rynga.com， 这条线主要用于打中国， 一切正常.不需要打入功能。

Line 1: Localphone.com, 这条线的设置是按照出入自在大侠的指点，＂新发现：一条线上用不同Voip providers打进打出的方法， 3.ATA 和router的 设置＂。
只有最后两项（第１７ 和 第１８）不太明白。
我是这样设的：在Router admin panel, selected "Port Forwarding"，自己加了两项服务， "Server IP Address" 用的都是ATA's IP。

往外打时，对方可以看到我的号码。但是无法打进来。It always says that "the person is unavailable, and please leave message", etc。

请各位大师指教。如果需要详细设置，我可以用悄悄话传给截图等。
