Thank you for your advices.
I tried to follow Localphone's setting based on LinksysPAP2 model, because I can not find one for my model, SPA-1001. Are these two models the same(or similar)?
As you pointed out, in Localphone's settings, the UserID is used in both "user ID' and "Auth ID" fields. Another notable difference is that they set both NAT Mapping and NAT Keep Alive to "No".
Also, I sent emails to Localphone asking for help and never get any responses.

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
