As you suggested, I selected World Wide Cheap Calls, and submitted my credit card payment. Then a local agent actually called me to confirm the transaction before he run my card. A few minutes later, the credit was shown on my Rynga account. It charges me $34.25 for 20 Euro of purchase, and I think it is good deal comparing to other payment options.
