请推荐几个能打往中国的VOIP Providers 接收信用卡

出入自在大侠曾经推荐过Rynga 和 Nonoh, 但是现在都不接收信用卡付款了.
还有哪家提供打往中国的服务并且收信用卡? 我试过Western Union, 手续费要＄１４.
