这两件事有可能造成我的XP 死掉吗?

我昨天一早打开机器，整个屏幕全是一条条的指令，　好象是：
＂Deleting entry index………………………………………..”
我 关了机，再开时就除了一个闪动的游标外，　什么也没有了．
我不得不用system recovery,　但是它这次很不象话，未经我同意，　就把我的Primary partition
的东西全部　Format 掉了，　我丢了很多重要的照片和文件．
回想起来，　前天我做过两件事：
１）我按照坛上一位朋友说的，可以让ＰＣ快起来，　做了如下的操作．
　Start, Run, Regedit, delete everything under these two registry keys:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun]　
2) 我到”影视天地” 里去下载了电影” 建国大业”.

这两件事有可能造成我的XP 死掉吗?
