AT&T home phone $8 a month?

上次有位网友提到他虽然有VOIP，他仍然保留他$8 一个月的AT&T home phone，以防万一。 我本来想给我在外州的父母弄VOIP，好像太复杂了。 如果出了什么问题，我的父母肯定弄不来。我打电话去问AT&T，他们说没有这么便宜的，最便宜的是$24.99。有谁知道有关价钱吗？
