Measured Rate Residence Serv Line Sharing Basis --
Service for which a charge is made in part on the basis of network access and, in part, on the basis of four local usage pricing elements, number of local calls, the duration of the call, the distance of the call within the local area and the time of day the call was placed.

注意：只能打local，好像一个月是３００分钟限制，超过另收费，大概10cent左右一分钟吧。

但如果你有google voice号码，就可以突破只能打local的限制，我也是从这里的网友学到的，具体的方法是：

1. 把AT&T的号码加入ＧＶ：
Setting->Phone->add ATT phone and then verify

Edit ATT phone->advanced setting
->direct to voice mail->no pin reqired -> Done

2. 用家里的电话拨ＧＶ的号码，听到提示音后拨２，再拨任何美国国内号码，再拨#，搞定。

3. ３００分钟的限制还是有的。
