To "fitwxc" 用Sipgate和GVout Dial-out的时候没有get busy tone

而是直接拨响了我要拨的电话，好像没有通过GoogleVoice.我是直接用PC上下载的Sipgate的softphone拨打的，没有用任何的ATA device。我的GVout的setup如下：
Port: 5060

SIP Server: sipgate.com

Phone: my SipGate Phone Number

GV Username: My GV Username

GV Password: My GV Password

我试了，用sipgate直接接听都没有问题。肯定还有什么地方我miss掉了？为什么往外拨打时by-pass了GVout呢？多谢！
