要在DIAL PLAN里加上<:@192.168.x.x>

192.168.x.x是运行gvout的电脑的IP。比如原来的dialplan是：

(<:1626>xxxxxxx|<:1>xxxxxxxxxx)

就要变成：

(<:1626>xxxxxxx<:>|<:1>xxxxxxxxxx<:>)

这就表示拨号转到192.168.x.x上去。

注意gvout有个bug，只能用5060，用别的port不可靠。
