I see, that is why I didn't choose PRE as I compared ATT pre with Post pay at the time when I ordered 2 years ATT plan. I normally make less than 300 minutes call per month.
The information you gave is really helpful, appreciate it! At least I will choose my second family phone as a PRE paid phone.
