Help: lost ole user accounts on my HP

I had trouble with my pc a few days ago and had to do a system recovery. After that, my old user account disapeared and I couldn't access to files under compaq_owner. I have other user accounts set as administrator but still cannot do it.

I also lost all my e-mails probably due to the same reason. Anybody could help?
