Symantec antivirus

请教， 我的电脑装上norton的防病毒软件后，由于出现问题，所以打算把它卸了重装，可是却无法卸，我已经把注册表都清理干净，并且用norton的卸载工具也做了整理， 但是在control panel里它还显示存在。 并且我也无法在那里卸载，每次卸载都无法完成。请指教！难道真要format电脑不成？
