我用serv-u架设的ftp自己能连为什么别人连不上？

我用的是comcast high speed internet。从网上下载了serv-u架设了一个ftp，用自己的机器测试是可以用的，为什么告诉家人（国内）他们却连不上呢？有没有什么办法可以解决？
