求教，一个怪问题

我用charter cable上网。如果把计算机直接连在modem上上网没有任何问题，可是如果通过router连接的话，中国网站就上不去，可美国网站没问题。我把router断开电源过一会再接上还是同样现象。请高人指教，谢谢！
