It doesn't look like it's captured while your pc was connected to the router, instead, it's connected to the modem directly. "10.25.32.1" should be you isp's router, not your own. Anyway, from the tracert log, your isp's router was forwarding the traffic and it finally reached chinatelecomusa (I assume it's the gw between ATT & China Telecom).
