每当我log off 或者turn off computer, 屏幕总是显示关闭“ShellLconHidenWindow" program,和“hpqimzone.exe" 的窗口， 可是我scan computer后，没有virus被发现。

这些是什么，是virus吗？怎么解决？谢谢。
