如果你有hp的数码相机、打印机之类，重新装一下软件。在启动项目中检查一下，把它们去掉，如果有的话。检查Startup可以去start > run,运行指令msconfig，也可以借助于工具，例如 windows defender，它可以根据软件商group，比较直观，可去微软下载，建议用它来杀木马；超级兔子，可去www.pctutu.com，下载。
