请教一个技术问题

我经常上http://boards.immigrationportal.com，但最近以来不知怎么回事，其他网站都上得了，就是上面的这个网站登陆不了，请教是什么原因？I tried totally 3 days, but nothing happened.I also go to: tools---internet options---delete cookies
