This may be a short-term glitch in Yahoo's DNS server. Yes, you may report this problem to them for a resolution. If you encounter similar problem with another site, you can find the ip address for the site using the following method:

Open a command window on your computer, then use:

nslookup website_name and "Enter"

For example, if you do

nslookup boards.immigrationportal.com

it shows you:

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: boards.immigrationportal.com
Address: 67.128.88.13

The last line is the ip address you are looking for.
