苏式卤豆腐
老豆腐水虑干,放入油锅炸到金黄
卤水:用卤过肉的老卤水,或者我这次用了红烧肉的肉汁,加点八角,糖,酱油,葱姜,熬个半小时
把炸好的豆腐乘热放入肉汁,泡一晚上。
收汁,浇到切好的豆腐上
