de-leveraging QLD and SSO -- Cache exchange fund or sell?

My tax braket is pretty high and in a high tax state. Have been holding some QLD and SSO for a few years and worry about a doc-com crash.

 

Want to exchange them for SPY and QLD but a direct sale would lead to >30% tax.  I am thinking of using CACHE exchange fund.  Any body has heard anything about it?  it has gained some momentum being pretty new.   Any suggestion?
