帮忙看一个scientist OFFER谢

新鲜Ph. D. 没有博士后经验， 生物专业，
得到一个口头OFFER, 小公司，~10人，主要作蛋白纯化，和我的背景fit，公司是私人投资。4万5到5万年薪，福利痕迹本，没提到BONUS。
大家觉得有前途吗？起薪低吗？
还是再作2年博士后，同时换个热点的领域，比如癌症，免疫。将来可以进大的制药公司。
