有条件的offer

大家帮我看看这个offer，和recruiter谈了半小时就收到了加州的ＯＦＦＥＲ。我人
在中西部。full time employee with 70K. but the offer is contingent upon
our client accepting your experience to support the contract for services.
The span of the contract will probably determined at next week.

I have to agree that I will interview with the client (if required) listed
below, having been referred to that client solely by the company X. Candidate
will be exclusively represented to the client by Company X.

Depend of the start of the contract, we will give you a formal employee
contact.

Benefits: Vacation, Health Insurance, Simple IRA, .....
