btw, if you are pretty sure that you can easily find a job, why don't you just do it and take a better offer? no offense here though.

another detail that i don't understand is that salary info is supposed to be very confidential. why was your salary level posted in the kitchen(the place famous for gossip)? does it help in the H-1 B application? seriously i don't get it.
