It's normal in job hunting that you don't get any reply from propective employers.The company may find another person more proper for the position. However, it doesn't mean you are not good. Keep looking for job in the job market. The season is still hot and you need not worry about your status,which is a big advantage. Don't feel frustrated just because of this. I don't think the company culture and staffs are nice if they do things this way.

By the way, you till need improve your communication skills though:)
