Strange thing, why

Hello:

I have accepted the offer from a big 4 consulting firm, and already sent my H1 transfer documents to them. Now, I need to wait the H1 transfer and the background check result.
Before that, I communicated with the HR in that firm very frequently, but from this Monday, they did not reply any emails from me, includes my questions for the employment.

Is it possible that they want to withdraw the offer because of some reason?
