Your logic is simple. Finanace = Broad future. Nursing = No future.

Why wouldn't you see nursing opens the door to medicine?

My opinion: From Nurses to Doctors,
Is like
From Accounting to Finance.

Besides, stays by itself, nursing has at least the same, but in my eyes is much brighter, future than accounting.
