You are not 100 percent correct. There are company policies and culture you have to follow for the dressing. At one company my hu*****and worked, employees are 99% caucasian. They require men to long sleeve shirt everyday. Belt color has to match shoe color, and the color has to be deep brown or black. Women cannot wear anything shorts without sleeve. Cannot wear skirts above knees. Cannot expose any belly blah blah. And the company is in California.
