ur employer's lawyer does not

concentrate on immigration part. actually only the lowest level lawyer are doing cases such as immigration, divorce, filing...
Have ur lawyer write provide them sth. in writing formally about ur situation rather than explaining urself, cause the americans only trust professional people about these issues.
