Well, we have 13 blocks of rotations as PGY1 (including vacation). Each block/rotation is 4 weeks. So I sometimes say "my 1st block of rotation", or be lazy and just say "my 1st block" or "my 1st rotation". -Just my way of expressing myself.

If you get time to visit Sloan, take C elevator to 12th floor. In the hallway, you'll see pictures of Surgery Chief Residents.

By the way, you're really a scientist :-) I'm impressed.
