I was wondering what can make a resident a superstar, a grand round definitely won't qualify (it sounds too kindergartenish), it has to be some major medical breakthrough. Believe it or not, there were some resident doctors made history. So, 天水18 should improve his story with a medical breakthrough. 天水18 has to explain, why MGH give him offer outside match? there are plenty of FMG who already did an internship, they look like more attractive candidates then someone who has no idea about the system. And a medical superstar should not be so unprofessional to end all his articles with notion of money, oh, so much money that can make you sick. I have to say--a visit to psychiatrist will teach you a new medical word: magelomania
