It's the problem for most chinese in this country.

My late professor in China was able to make friends even after a short introduction. He had so many friends in the United States and England. Once I walked into his office before meeting a group of oversea visiting doctors, he was sitting there reading their name cards.

I realized since then, beside charming personality, remember people's name is the other important factor to impress other people.
