Somebody in this forum mentioned that a lots of foreign doctors got matched and eventaully found job without green card. Our reliable it is? Could further
elaberate why it is so important to get a green card first before enter into the residence program. It concerns me so much because I need to spend another 2-3 years to convert from H1B to green card.(2 years on J1+ 3 Years on H1= 5 years).At that time, I will be 37 years old already. Thanks.
