Most MD do not make 400k, 200k plus minus 100k is the norm. Especially, if you do not want to leave big metropolitan area. To make 400k a year, you have to make 8k a week, if you take 2 weeks vocation a year. The 8k is after you pay overhead, insurances. How much is a surgeon paid for a hernia repair? a couple of hundreds. How much is an office visit reimbursed by HMO? not that much either. most MDs can only dream about 400k. Business school is a better place to go, if you want 400k a year.
回复:其实在美国作临床医生没有那么难
