what immigrant u r talking abt

I can understand that you want to make WhartonMBA feel better. The point is that he joins the job market as a top 5 b-school MBA, not a never-heard-of graduate student. When the resume says the Wharton background, interviewer's expectation won't be low. It may be ok for an engineer to make himself understood by fair English, MBAs are paid 80k+, their tasks include lots of interactions with other functions in the company, English is very important. Even work in China, I doubt how many positions with US pay can avoid reporting directly or frequently to a US manager.

Wharton MBA gives you an edge to get an interview, but it is your interview performance to get you an offer. Good Luck to all job hunters.
